1. Put on the light eye shadow up to your brow. This will even out your skin and give you a smooth, bright eye area.
2. Fill in the crease of your eye using the darker eye shadow. You will basically make a semi-circle over your eye. When your eyes are open the darker shade will widen and brighten them.
Now you are done. Enjoy your bright-eyed new look. Options to dress this up include using white or pink for the background and violet for the semi circle. You might also try different tones on the lid below the semi circle. Bright color lines on the eyelid make this look pop even more.
