Everyone is allergic to milk, but the difference lies as to whether the reaction is visible. The digestive system does not have the necessary enzymes to break down milk, and the immune system generates a response that can cause oxidative stress and inflammation, hence acne.

Additional, homogenized, and pasteurized milk cover the lining of the small intestine with a mucous layer which prevents assimilation of much essential nutrients.
